3 Things I’m Grateful For On May 7 2,022

I heard a TedX Talk on studying x-ray images of over 83,000 brains and it said that gratitude is the best anti depressant available and to write down 3 things your grateful for each day for 3 weeks and you will notice the difference.

I think I’ll try it out starting today.

  1. I got to eat. Many living in extreme poverty didn’t.
  2. I got an education so I can exploit the written word.
  3. I heard YHWH’s Apocrypha on YouTube and remembered that not every nation was meant to keep the Sabbath. Shabbat Shalom YHWH.
